eCAT comes in Team Hosted and Install versions. eCAT pricing is by annual subscription based on the number of users. Each user gets a license. These licenses are reusable, so when someone leaves the lab, the license that had been allocated to them can be used for someone else.

Training
There are three training courses: eCAT Fundamentals, Managing Inventory with eCAT and eCAT Administrators. All are delivered as 2 hour interactive seminars with a teleconference facility.

Individual level training allows one attendee to participate in an instructor-led session with attendees from other organizations. Individual sessions are pre-scheduled twice per month, and the schedule will be provided after purchase.
Purchasing training at the Organization level gives you the freedom to schedule a private session that fits in with your schedule, and allows you to invite an unlimited number of attendees from your organization.
VAT
UK customers have to pay VAT at 20% unless the purchase is zero rated. Zero rated purchases require a signed zero-rating certificate to be uploaded during the purchase process.
EU customers have to pay VAT at 20% unless the purchaser is VAT-registered. VAT-registered customers must provide their VAT number during the purchase process.
